Holston Medical Group was founded when local physician leaders recognized a growing need for better access to healthcare across Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. As communities grew, they saw an opportunity to create a more connected approach to care, helping people receive the services they need close to home.

Today, our physician-led, multispecialty medical group includes more than 70 locations, more than 200 providers, more than 30 specialties and services and over 1,000 team members serving more than 275,000 patients.
From family medicine and primary care to specialty services, outpatient diagnostics, surgery, sleep medicine, endoscopy and dialysis care, we work to make healthcare more convenient, coordinated and accessible for the individuals and families we serve.
