Leah S Bailiff, NP

Leah Bailiff is a neonatal nurse practitioner with more than 28 years of experience caring for infants in neonatal intensive care settings. She earned degrees from East Tennessee State University and the University of Louisville and is passionate about helping families build a strong foundation for lifelong health. Her clinical focus includes supporting newborns and their families from delivery through discharge. Her philosophy of care focuses on education, guidance and compassionate support. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, yoga and Pilates.
