Anita Renee Woolford is a family nurse practitioner and Southwest Virginia native who spent more than two decades working in family medicine before earning her graduate degree from Frontier Nursing University. She is proud to serve the Honaker community she calls home. Her clinical focus includes primary care, chronic disease management and preventive health. Her philosophy of care centers on listening, building relationships and partnering with patients to address health concerns together.
