Sandra McCoy is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and longtime resident of the region who understands the healthcare needs of her community. After beginning her career as an intensive care nurse, she earned both her undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees from East Tennessee State University. Her clinical focus includes preventive care, chronic disease management and patient education. Her philosophy of care centers on compassion, communication and creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and taking an active role in their health.
